ReplyDeleteAvoid yourself is the run away of the problems that many people use, this has been study by many scientist, because the importance it have in the modern society, scientist said that avoid yourself in some moment is helpful using helpful activities as walk around a city with no objective or things like that, but if you take this actions to a higher point you can hurt yourself and the people you love for example when you drink to avoid your reality and problems, this is a godd activity that allow you see problem with more clearly but an excess of this can get you to big problems.
